Arihant Capital reports half-year earnings, boosted by subsidiary sale

Arihant Capital Markets Limited reported its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated net profit for the half-year reached ₹2,578.61 Lacs, up from ₹3,874.74 Lacs in the previous year, while standalone net profit for the same period was ₹2,484.47 Lacs, compared to ₹3,473.55 Lacs last year.

Total consolidated revenue from operations for the half-year increased to ₹10,775.13 Lacs from ₹14,918.88 Lacs year-on-year. Standalone revenue also saw a rise to ₹10,550.87 Lacs compared to ₹14,506.12 Lacs.

The company also highlighted the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Arihant Insurance Broking Services Limited, for ₹438.07 Lacs, recognizing a gain of ₹329.90 Lacs as an exceptional item in the consolidated financial statements. Additionally, the company issued 500,000 equity shares at ₹87 per share on a preferential basis in the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
