Arihant acquires prime Chennai CBD land for ₹500 crore development

Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd. announced on November 6, 2025, the acquisition of two prime land parcels in Chennai's Central Business District (CBD). These acquisitions are projected to have a combined gross development value (GDV) of ₹500 crores. This move aligns with the company's strategic growth plans to create landmark developments in sought-after micro-markets within Chennai.

One of the acquired land parcels, located near Boat Club, is designated for a premium office project targeting high-end corporate clients. The second acquisition in Kilpauk is earmarked for a luxury residential development featuring contemporary design and world-class amenities. These projects underscore Arihant's commitment to the city's premium real estate segment.

According to kamal, managing director of Arihant Foundations, the acquisitions reinforce the company's focus on elevating Chennai's real estate landscape with high-end assets that offer enduring lifestyle and commercial value.
