Alicon Castalloy reports solid Q2 results, appoints new company secretary

Alicon Castalloy Limited reported unaudited standalone net profit of INR 1,051.99 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, with total revenue from operations reaching INR 39,150.74 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, the company achieved a net profit of INR 1,388.75 lakhs and total revenue from operations of INR 42,818.39 lakhs for the same quarter. Diluted earnings per share stood at INR 6.41 standalone and INR 8.47 consolidated for the quarter.

For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, standalone net profit was INR 1,949.20 lakhs with total revenue from operations of INR 77,983.11 lakhs. Consolidated figures for the half-year showed a net profit of INR 2,320.11 lakhs and total revenue from operations of INR 84,612.97 lakhs. The board approved these financial results in a meeting held on November 6, 2025.

Additionally, Ms. Sneha Shukla has been appointed as company secretary and compliance officer, effective November 10, 2025. Ms. Shukla is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate with seven years of experience in secretarial and legal fields. Her appointment aligns with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.
