Yuken India board to review half-yearly financials in November

Yuken India Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, November 13, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year concluded on September 30, 2025.

In accordance with Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company also confirmed the closure of its trading window. The trading window has been closed since October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the official declaration of these financial results.
