Yatharth Hospital appoints Ramesh Krishnan as independent director

Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited has announced the appointment of Ramesh Krishnan as an additional director (non-executive independent) to its board of directors. The appointment is effective from November 5, 2025, for a five-year term concluding on November 4, 2030, pending shareholder approval.

Krishnan brings over 30 years of experience in hospital management, private equity, and strategic consulting. His notable roles include executive director at Rela Institute and Medical Centre, where he oversees strategic planning for India's largest liver transplant center, and operating partner at Everstone Capital, leading the acquisition of Sahyadri Hospitals. He also served as chief executive - South Asia for Parkway Pantai (IHH Healthcare) and vice president at Fortis Healthcare, Singapore.

The company confirmed that Krishnan is not debarred from holding a directorship, as per circulars from BSE and NSE dated June 20, 2018. He is also not related to any other directors of Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited.
