Vodafone Idea board to review second quarter financials

Vodafone Idea Limited will hold a board of directors meeting on Monday, 10 November 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2025. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company has also communicated that its trading window for dealing in securities closed on 1 October 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, specifically up to 12 November 2025, inclusive of both days.
