Veritas board to review unaudited quarterly, half-year results

Veritas (India) Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Thursday, November 13, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Other business may also be discussed.

The company also confirmed the closure of its "Trading Window" for dealing in securities.
