Vadilal Industries board to review Q2 and H1 financials

Vadilal Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, to consider and approve its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results. These results will cover the quarter and half-year period ending September 30, 2025, and will be prepared under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). The meeting will take place in Ahmedabad.
