Techno Electric board to consider quarterly and half-year financial results

Techno Electric & Engineering Company Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In a related development, the company reiterated the closure of its trading window for insiders, effective from September 22, 2025. This measure aligns with the company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders'. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
