TeamLease Services reports strong Q2 FY26 earnings with profit growth, headcount additions

TeamLease Services reported a 10% year-on-year increase in total revenue for the half year ended September 30, 2025, reaching ₹5,945 Crores. The company's net profit after tax grew by 19% year-on-year to ₹53 Crores for H1 FY26, with an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of ₹32. EBITDA for the half year saw a substantial 25% increase, reaching ₹69 Crores, and the EBITDA margin stood at 1.2%.

For the second quarter of FY26, TeamLease added 11,000 headcounts, bringing the total to 362,000, a 3% increase year-on-year. This growth was fueled by additions across general staffing, degree apprenticeship, and specialized staffing segments. General staffing headcount grew 3% quarter-on-quarter, with revenue up 4% for the same period. Specialized staffing revenue grew 8% quarter-on-quarter, with a 28% year-on-year increase.

The company also reported adding 140 new logos during the quarter. Net free cash stands at ₹320 Crores, and outstanding TDS receivable is approximately ₹300 Crores. These results highlight consistent operating leverage and volume growth across the business segments.
