Sky Gold board to review Q2 financial results and auditor's report

Sky Gold and Diamonds Limited has announced a board of directors meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 13, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting will also review the auditor's report accompanying these financial statements.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's shares is currently closed. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results and the limited review reports for the period ending September 30, 2025.
