Shilpa Medicare board to review Q2 and half-year results

Shilpa Medicare Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Thursday, November 13, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, on both a consolidated and standalone basis. This announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for Shilpa Medicare securities closed on October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until November 15, 2025, inclusive of both dates. This ensures compliance ahead of the financial results announcement.
