Sheela Foam reports mixed H1 2025 results

Sheela Foam Limited announced unaudited standalone revenue from operations of ₹1,301.43 Crores for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, an increase from ₹1,232.74 Crores in the previous year. However, the standalone profit for the period reached ₹16.35 Crores, compared to ₹61.86 Crores in the prior half-year. Standalone basic earnings per share stood at ₹1.50.

For the consolidated results, revenue from operations was ₹1,696.35 Crores for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, compared to ₹1,622.48 Crores in the prior period. The consolidated profit for the period was ₹16.51 Crores, down from ₹60.01 Crores in the previous half-year, with basic earnings per share at ₹1.48.

The company also clarified an earlier submission, confirming the inclusion of an additional disclosure page as per Regulation 52(4) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. These financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on November 04, 2025.
