Seamec board to approve quarterly, half-year financial results

Seamec Limited announced its board of directors will hold a meeting on Monday, November 10, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months that ended on September 30, 2025. This was made public on November 5, 2025, to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in Seamec's securities has been closed since October 1, 2025.
