Roto Pumps board to consider unaudited Q2, half-year results

Roto Pumps Ltd. announced that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation was made in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The trading window for dealing in company securities by designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public, following the company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and SEBI regulations.

The announcement, dated November 5, 2025, was issued by Ashwani K. Verma, company secretary, and sent to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
