Ramco Industries to expand fibre cement board production in Madhya Pradesh

Ramco Industries Limited's board of directors, at its meeting on November 5, 2025, approved the establishment of a new plant in Maksi, Madhya Pradesh. This facility will manufacture fibre cement boards, adding an installed capacity of 58,000 MT per annum. The project is estimated to cost approximately Rs. 180 Crores (gross value), with financing planned through Rs. 135 Crores in term loans from banks and the remainder from internal accruals. The proposed capacity addition is expected within 12 months, driven by market demand for fibre cement boards.

In conjunction with this strategic expansion, Ramco Industries also released its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025. The standalone net profit after tax for the quarter was Rs. 35.93 Crores, with a total comprehensive income of Rs. 39.97 Crores. The consolidated net profit after tax for the quarter reached Rs. 40.93 Crores, and total comprehensive income was Rs. 43.49 Crores.

These financial results were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). The statutory auditors conducted a limited review and expressed an unmodified audit opinion on the standalone and consolidated financial results.
