Pyramid Technoplast board to meet November 11 on financial results

Pyramid Technoplast Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at the company's registered office. The meeting will primarily focus on considering and approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, along with the limited review reports. Any other business permitted by the chair will also be discussed.

In conjunction with the board meeting, and in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares remains closed. This restriction applies to all designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results.
