Praj Industries reports strong Q2 2025 standalone and consolidated results

Praj Industries Limited reported a robust performance for Q2 2025. Standalone profit for the period increased to INR 416.630 million from INR 199.606 million in Q1 2025, with revenue from operations reaching INR 6,858.601 million. For the half year ended September 30, 2025, standalone profit for the period was INR 616.236 million, up from INR 1,497.159 million in the corresponding half year of 2024.

On a consolidated basis, the company's profit for the period grew to INR 192.834 million in Q2 2025, compared to INR 53.396 million in Q1 2025, and revenue from operations stood at INR 8,416.336 million. For the half year, consolidated profit for the period reached INR 246.230 million, compared to INR 1,380.117 million in the prior half year.

The company's basic earnings per equity share (nominal value per share INR 2 each) on a standalone basis were INR 2.27 for Q2 2025 and INR 3.36 for the half year. Consolidated basic earnings per share were INR 1.05 for Q2 2025 and INR 1.34 for the half year.
