Oriental Rail Infrastructure to hold board meeting for financial results

Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The primary purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations and the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, the company also confirmed that the trading window will reopen 48 hours after these financial results are disclosed to the Stock Exchange.
