Orchid Pharma board to meet for H1 financial results approval

Orchid Pharma Limited will hold a board of directors meeting on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited limited reviewed financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the second quarter and the half-year period of financial year 2025-26, which ended on September 30, 2025.

In continuation of an earlier intimation dated September 29, 2025, the company also confirmed the closure of its trading window. The trading window for dealing in Orchid Pharma securities commenced its closure on October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned financial results.

This announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The intimation was sent to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on November 5, 2025.
