Mahindra Finance plans UK non-deal roadshow in November 2025

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited has scheduled a non-deal roadshow (NDR) from November 10th to November 12th, 2025. Company officials will participate in one-on-one and group meetings with several funds and investors in the United Kingdom.

The roadshow commences on Monday, November 10th, with meetings in Edinburgh from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. UK time. This will be followed by meetings in London on Tuesday, November 11th, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. UK time, and on Wednesday, November 12th, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. UK time. All meetings are planned to be held in-person.

Discussions during the NDR will cover business and quarterly updates, including the Q2 FY2026 earnings presentation previously submitted to stock exchanges on October 3rd and October 28th, 2025, along with a general business overview. The company confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information will be shared during these investor conferences, and meeting dates are subject to change due to exigencies from investors or the company.
