Magellanic Cloud posts strong H1 results, reorganizes committees

Magellanic Cloud Limited’s Board of Directors, meeting on November 5, 2025, approved its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Standalone profit after tax reached INR 988.92 lakhs for the half-year, with total revenue at INR 5,524.84 lakhs. Consolidated profit after tax was INR 5,538.74 lakhs for the half-year, on total revenue of INR 33,016.78 lakhs.

The company also announced the reconstitution of its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Stakeholder Relationship, and Risk Management Committees, effective November 5, 2025. Mayank Mahendra Shukla was appointed chairperson for all four committees, with Amita Sachin Karia and Priyanka Dharmesh Pandey serving as non-executive - independent directors on each.

The board also noted the resignation of the chief financial officer effective October 15, 2025. The company conducted a 1:5 stock split on July 29, 2024, reducing the face value of shares from INR 10 to INR 2 each. All comparative figures have been restated accordingly.
