Intellect Design Arena reports strong Q2 FY26 growth, net profit almost doubles

Intellect Design Arena announced robust financial performance for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26. For Q2, revenue grew by 34% year-on-year to INR 789 crore, while EBITDA increased by 68% to INR 184 crore. Net profit almost doubled to INR 102 crore, a 94% year-on-year increase. Licence-linked revenue, including fees, platform, subscription, and annual maintenance, reached INR 423 crore, up 69% year-on-year, with annual recurring revenue surpassing INR 1,080 crore. Collections for the quarter stood at INR 753 crore, a 37% increase year-on-year, and cash and cash equivalents rose to INR 927 crore.

For the first half of FY26, revenue was INR 1,523 crore, up 26% year-on-year. EBITDA for H1 reached INR 360 crore, a 46% increase, and PAT for H1 was INR 197 crore, up 55% from H1 FY25. The company secured 18 new deals in Q2, including 11 multi-million-dollar "destiny deals," and enabled 22 successful digital transformations. The global deal funnel has now exceeded INR 12,000 crore.

Strategic investments include a INR 130 crore allocation for the Purple Fabric AI platform, with INR 25 crore already invested in Q2. Intellect is also investing in a new 7.25 lakh sq. ft. facility at its Siruseri campus to house AI labs and design thinking centers. The company also announced key leadership appointments, including Vivek Gupta as president and global head of consulting, and Rakesh Srivastava as president and chief revenue officer for the Americas.
