GSFC appoints Manoj Kumar Das as new director and chairman

Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GSFC) announced the appointment of Manoj Kumar Das, IAS, as director and chairman of the company, effective November 5, 2025. This decision followed a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee and was approved via a circular resolution by the board.

The appointment of Mr. Das aligns with previous intimations regarding changes in management. The company had earlier communicated changes in management on November 2, 2025, and received approval for nomination and remuneration on November 4, 2025.

GSFC confirmed that details concerning changes in management under Regulation 30(2) of the Listing Regulation and SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, have already been disclosed in the letter dated November 2, 2025. The company requested that stakeholders note this appointment.
