Gandhar Oil Refinery to hold board meeting for financial results

Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Ltd. announced its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to review and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Additionally, the board will discuss any other business as deemed necessary.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company stated that the trading window for its securities, which commenced its closure on October 1, 2025, will remain closed. This restriction applies to all connected/designated persons and their immediate relatives, continuing until 48 hours after the official announcement of the board meeting's outcome.
