Elitecon International declares interim dividend amid strong half-year results

Elitecon International Limited announced an interim dividend of Re. 0.05 per equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for determining eligible shareholders for this dividend has been fixed as Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

The company reported strong unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025. Standalone profit for the period reached Rs. 4,060.14 lakhs for the half-year, with total income from operations at Rs. 70,498.10 lakhs. Consolidated profit for the period stood at Rs. 20,759.33 lakhs for the half-year.

The board meeting, held on November 05, 2025, also addressed ongoing GST intelligence matters, including a show cause notice for Rs. 387.43 crores and pending refunds totaling Rs. 22.23 crores, which the company is actively appealing.
