Donear Industries board to meet for Q2 financial results on November 13

Donear Industries Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, November 13, 2025, to review and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the second quarter, which concluded on September 30, 2025. This meeting is in compliance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations").

In preparation for the results, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed. This closure, effective from October 1, 2025, will remain in force until 48 hours after the public declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, adhering to the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
