Dilip Buildcon board to review Q2 FY26 financials

Dilip Buildcon Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, November 13, 2025, to consider and approve the audited IndAS standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting will also review the accompanying audit report and address any other matters with the chair's permission and the majority consent of the directors.

In adherence to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for all insiders, designated persons, their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries, and intermediaries is currently closed. This restriction will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

The board meeting will be held at the company's registered office, located at Plot No. 5, Inside Govind Narayan Singh Gate, Chuna Bhatti, Kolar Road, Bhopal (M.P) - 462016.
