DEE Development Engineers reports strong Q2, H1 FY26 earnings amid capacity expansion

DEE Development Engineers reported an impressive performance for Q2 FY26, with operating income reaching INR 2,700 million, a 39.2% year-on-year increase and a 20.7% sequential rise. Operating EBITDA grew 47.9% year-on-year to INR 441 million, with margins expanding by 96 bps to 16.3%. PAT for Q2 FY26 stood at INR 179 million. For H1 FY26, revenue from operations increased 30.3% year-on-year to INR 4,938 million, and operating EBITDA rose 46.4% to INR 799 million, with margins at 16.2%. PAT for H1 FY26 was INR 311 million, up 22.1% year-on-year.

The company secured new orders worth INR 170 crores from the thermal power sector, contributing to an order book of INR 1,308 crores as of September 30, 2025. A key milestone was the commissioning of an additional 15,000 MTPA production capacity at its Anjar facility on September 8, 2025, bringing total capacity there to 30,000 MTPA. The 7,000 MT Seamless Pipe Plant is also on track for commissioning by the end of Q3 FY26, aiming for commercial production by January 2026.
