Cybertech Systems reports strong half-year earnings, declares interim dividend

Cybertech Systems and Software Limited's board of directors approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The consolidated profit before tax for the half-year increased to ₹2,223.34 Lakhs from ₹2,219.43 Lakhs in the prior comparable period. Basic earnings per share (not annualised) for the half-year stood at ₹5.41, up from ₹5.24.

The company's total consolidated income for the half-year rose to ₹13,197.18 Lakhs compared to ₹12,565.80 Lakhs in the previous year. Furthermore, the board approved a special interim dividend of ₹20 per equity share for FY 2025-26, resulting in an outflow of ₹6,226.12 Lakhs. The accounts of its wholly owned subsidiaries, CyberTech Systems and Software Inc. USA, Spatialitics LLC, and CyberTech Systems and Software Canada Inc., were consolidated in accordance with IND AS 110.
