Cosmic CRF reports no deviation in preferential issue utilization

Cosmic CRF Limited announced its financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, reporting no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds from its Preferential Issue of Equity shares and Convertible Share Warrants. The total amount raised was ₹17,243.87 Lakhs, with net proceeds also at ₹17,243.87 Lakhs. Of this, ₹6,113.71 Lakhs was utilized for Capex and investment in subsidiaries, while ₹11,000.00 Lakhs was held in Fixed Deposits. A balance of ₹130.16 Lakhs is maintained in a current account. The audit committee and board approved this statement on November 5, 2025.

The board also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. Standalone profit before tax for the period was ₹2,086.56 Lakhs, with a net profit of ₹1,532.13 Lakhs. Consolidated profit before tax reached ₹3,115.24 Lakhs, and net consolidated profit was ₹2,450.20 Lakhs. The reports, reviewed by GARV & Associates, noted no deviation in the utilization of preferential issue proceeds from April 1 to September 30, 2025.

These financial results, prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), are the first for the company under this framework.
