Concord Control Systems reports half-year results, new appointments

Concord Control Systems Limited announced its financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, reporting a standalone profit of Rupees 626.49 Lacs and basic earnings per share of Rupees 9.94. The company's total standalone income for the half-year reached Rupees 2,974.63 Lacs. On a consolidated basis, the profit for the period stood at Rupees 1,602.18 Lacs, with consolidated basic earnings per share of Rupees 25.41. Consolidated total income for the half-year was Rupees 8,300.74 Lacs.

The board of directors also approved several key appointments, including M/s. Amit Gupta & Associates as secretarial auditor and Ms. Avisha Sinha as internal auditor for the financial year 2025-26.
