Cigniti Technologies sets meetings for Coforge merger approval

Cigniti Technologies Limited has scheduled meetings for its equity shareholders and unsecured creditors on December 06, 2025, to approve the scheme of amalgamation with Coforge Limited. The equity shareholders meeting will commence at 3:00 PM (IST) via VC/OAVM, while the unsecured creditors meeting will follow at 4:30 PM (IST), also via VC/OAVM. These meetings are convened as per directions from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) issued on October 17, 2025.
