CCL Products reports strong Q2, half-year results; amends renewables acquisition

CCL Products (India) Limited reported unaudited standalone net profit of INR 11,226.44 Lakhs for the second quarter and INR 14,362.62 Lakhs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. Total standalone revenue from operations for the quarter stood at INR 55,918.02 Lakhs, contributing to a half-year total of INR 1,09,399.09 Lakhs. Consolidated net profit reached INR 10,085.75 Lakhs for the quarter and INR 17,330.60 Lakhs for the half-year, with consolidated total revenue from operations at INR 1,12,672.61 Lakhs for the quarter and INR 2,18,236.50 Lakhs for the half-year.

The company also announced a partial modification to its proposed acquisition of 26% share capital in Mukkonda Renewables Private Limited. The acquisition will now be jointly made by CCL Products (20.54%) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, CCL Food and Beverages Private Limited (5.46%), for a total investment of INR 12,12,00,000. This investment aims at hybrid captive consumption of renewable energy, totaling 10 MWs.

The board of directors approved these financial results and the amended acquisition plan at their meeting on November 5, 2025. The results have been reviewed by statutory auditors, with an unmodified report issued.
