Bajaj Steel secures INR 7.14 crore domestic warehousing project

Bajaj Steel Industries Limited has received a domestic order valued at approximately INR 7.14 crores for the design, supply, manufacturing, transportation, and erection of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Works for a warehousing project. The execution period for this order is set for eight months from the date of receipt, including mobilization and related activities.

The order was awarded by a domestic client, and the company confirmed that neither its promoters, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in the client entity, nor does the transaction fall under related party transactions. This information was disclosed in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023.
