Astral completes 80% Nexelon Chem acquisition

Astral Limited has announced the completion of its acquisition of an 80% equity stake in Nexelon Chem Private Limited ("Nexelon"). The company entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Nexelon's existing promoters and shareholders, concluding the acquisition on November 5, 2025. This strategic move officially makes Nexelon a subsidiary of Astral Limited.

The acquisition details, as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, were previously submitted as Annexure A to an intimation dated August 11, 2025.
