Arihant Superstructures: Auditor Ummed Jain & Co. tenders resignation

Arihant Superstructures Limited (BSE:506194, NSE:ARIHANTSUP) announced on November 5, 2025, the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s. Ummed Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 119250W). The resignation will be effective from November 13, 2025, following the submission of the Limited Review Report for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

The auditor cited internal resource re-allocation and pre-occupation in other professional engagements as the primary reasons for their inability to devote the required partners and audit team for forthcoming quarters and years. They confirmed no concerns were raised regarding the company's management and that there were no other circumstances connected with their resignation that should be brought to the notice of members or creditors.

The audit committee and board will consider the appointment of new statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy. Ummed Jain & Co. had been appointed as statutory auditors until the conclusion of the 45th Annual General Meeting for FY 2027-28. The last statutory audit report was for the year ended March 31, 2025, issued on May 24, 2025, with the latest quarterly review report for June 2025 submitted on August 12, 2025.
