Adani enterprises forms new water subsidiary, brahmani barrage water limited

Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, "Brahmani Barrage Water Limited" (BBWL), in India on November 5, 2025. The new entity aims to construct, operate, and maintain the Brahmani Barrage across the Brahmani River near Shripura, Rajasthan, under a Hybrid Annuity Model.

BBWL has a subscribed capital of INR 100,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each. AEL will hold 100% of BBWL's share capital. As of its incorporation date, BBWL has no turnover, as business operations are yet to commence.

This move aligns with AEL's strategy in infrastructure development and water resource management, expanding its footprint in the water infrastructure sector.
