ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems announces board changes

Dr. Christian Brenneke has resigned as non-executive non-independent director of ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited, effective November 4, 2025. Dr. Brenneke cited personal and professional commitments as head of U-Division (Electronic and ADAS) at ZF Group for his departure. He will also step down from his roles as member and chairman of the company’s board committees. The company formally notified the BSE and NSE of this change.

Concurrently, Mr. Ivan Brajdic has been appointed as an additional director (non-executive & non-independent), effective November 5, 2025. This appointment, based on the nomination and remuneration committee's recommendation, was unanimously approved by the board. Mr. Brajdic brings over 25 years of experience in high-tech products and global leadership roles in the automotive industry.

The company confirmed that Mr. Brajdic is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI order or authority. These changes were finalized at a board of directors meeting held on November 4, 2025.
