Vascon Engineers board to meet for Q2 financial results

Vascon Engineers Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Monday, November 10, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year period that concluded on September 30, 2025. This notice is issued in compliance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company also informed that the trading window closure period, which began on October 1, 2025, will remain in effect. It is set to conclude 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the aforementioned period.
