U.P. Hotels board to meet for half-year, quarterly results approval

U.P. Hotels Limited has announced its board of directors will convene on Thursday, November 13, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2025.

The announcement was made to BSE Ltd. in compliance with Regulations 29 & 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with the company's code for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in U.P. Hotels' shares has been closed since October 1, 2025. It will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the Stock Exchange.
