TARC board to meet for Q2 and half-year financial results

TARC Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This meeting complies with SEBI regulations.

In accordance with the company's code for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in TARC's securities for designated persons has been closed since October 1, 2025. This restriction will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
