Supreme court modifies order in Vodafone Idea AGR case

The modified paragraph clarifies that the company's petition restricts its claim solely to the additional AGR demand raised by the respondent for the period up to the financial year 2016-2017. Furthermore, it covers the comprehensive reassessment and reconciliation of all AGR dues, including interest and penalties, up to the stated financial year. The rest of the Supreme Court's October 27, 2025, order remains unchanged.
