Sunteck Realty forms new wholly-owned real estate subsidiary

Sunteck Realty Ltd. announced on November 4, 2025, the incorporation of Mantavya Real Estates Private Limited (MREPL) as a wholly-owned subsidiary. MREPL was incorporated on the same date and will operate in real estate activities, including construction, real estate, and allied activities.

Sunteck Realty subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of MREPL, each with a face value of ₹10, totaling ₹1,00,000. This subscription represents 100% of MREPL's share capital, solidifying its status as a fully-owned entity of the parent company.

The incorporation was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation.
