Som Distilleries board to meet for financial results, EGM planning

Som Distilleries and Breweries Limited has announced that its board of directors will meet on Thursday, November 13, 2025. The main agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. These results, previously recommended by the audit committee, will be reviewed at the company's corporate office in Bhopal.

Additionally, the board will discuss and set the day, date, time, and venue for the upcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM), and approve the final notice for it. Other matters may also be addressed with the chairperson's approval.

In compliance with SEBI regulations on insider trading, the trading window for the company's equity shares has been closed since October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until the end of business hours on November 15, 2025, which is 48 hours after the scheduled board meeting.
