Route Mobile revises Q2FY26 results, reports net loss after typo

Route Mobile Limited has announced a revised press release for its Q2FY26 financial results, correcting a typographical error in a previous intimation dated November 04, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,119.42 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to ₹1,113.41 crore in Q2FY25.

The revised figures indicate a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹(18.83) crore for Q2FY26, a notable change from previously communicated figures and a decrease from ₹107.03 crore in Q2FY25. Profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter stood at ₹2.00 crore, significantly lower than ₹137.34 crore in Q2FY25. The company’s EPS for Q2FY26 is ₹(3.37) (basic and diluted).

Despite the net loss, Route Mobile's EBITDA (excluding exceptional items) for Q2FY26 was ₹135.95 crore, up from ₹93.90 crore in Q1FY26, with an EBITDA margin of 12.14%. Mr. Mark James Reid, chairman, expressed confidence in the company's long-term strategy and diversified business model despite near-term headwinds.
