PI Industries to hold board meeting for Q2 and H1 financial results

PI Industries Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and half-year that concluded on September 30, 2025. The board will also review the limited review reports pertaining to these financial results. This information was communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on November 4, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In connection with the upcoming financial results, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities for designated persons and their immediate relatives commenced its closure on October 1, 2025. As per the company’s code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, this trading window will remain closed until November 13, 2025, inclusive of both days. This measure is in line with the intimation sent on September 26, 2025, to prevent insider trading ahead of the financial disclosures.
