Nitin Spinners reports dip in half-year profit despite revenue decline

Nitin Spinners Ltd. reported a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₹10,197.98 Lakhs for the half year ended September 30, 2025, a decrease from ₹11,390.39 Lakhs in the same period last year. Total Revenue for the half year stood at ₹155,581.80 Lakhs, compared to ₹162,759.75 Lakhs for the prior year. For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, PBT was ₹4,685.28 Lakhs on a total revenue of ₹76,072.54 Lakhs.

The company's net profit from continuing operations for the half year reached ₹7,577.20 Lakhs, against ₹8,427.88 Lakhs in the previous year. Basic earnings per share for the half year were ₹13.48, down from ₹14.99 previously. The board of directors approved these unaudited financial results in a meeting held on November 4, 2025.
