Metropolis Healthcare declares interim dividend, reports strong Q2 and half-year results

Metropolis Healthcare's board of directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Standalone profit before tax for the quarter reached INR 6,211.86 lakhs, with total income at INR 35,823.27 lakhs. For the six months ended September 30, 2025, standalone profit before tax was INR 10,980.08 lakhs and total income was INR 68,464.43 lakhs.

The board declared an interim dividend of INR 4/- per equity share of face value INR 2/- for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for this dividend is November 11, 2025.

Consolidated results for the quarter showed a profit before tax of INR 7,102.57 lakhs on a total income of INR 43,008.24 lakhs. For the six months ended September 30, 2025, consolidated profit before tax stood at INR 13,225.61 lakhs, with total income reaching INR 82,366.20 lakhs.
