Maharashtra Seamless reports strong financial performance in latest earnings

The Board of Directors of Maharashtra Seamless Limited approved the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, in a meeting held on November 4, 2025. Standalone total revenue for the half year stood at ₹2,536.80 Crores, resulting in a net profit after tax of ₹363.47 Crores.

On a consolidated basis, the total revenue for the half year reached ₹2,539.46 Crores, with a net profit after tax of ₹355.53 Crores. The consolidated basic/diluted earning per share for the half year was ₹26.54, reflecting a robust financial period for the company. These results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board, and have undergone a 'Limited Review' by the statutory auditors.
